Could There Be Happiness for Alex?

2 years Derek and I have had Alex...my little girl. And for 2 years I've watched her struggle internally with her anxiety. She loves Jackson and us so much, but she just can't get a handle on life. Always barking, growling, and getting tense. The divorce has made things worse, and the other day Derek took her for a walk and she attacked another dog, escaped her collar, and took off running into traffic...that was the last straw for Derek...and we discussed needing to find her another home.

Today she met a potential new family, and I don't know if it could have gone any better.
