Tiger-You'll Always Be In My Heart

It is with a heavy heart, tears in my eyes, and carefully chosen words that I type this entry.

What started as an ill attempt to find Tiger a home, ended rather successfully. I wonderful home was found for Tiger. A woman came into my store looking to possibly adopt a cat after not having one for over a year.

Today I took Tiger to the vet, and got all of her shots and check up. She was in wonderful shape, and was very social. It made me very happy.
After the vet's appointment I went home with her and gathered all of her stuff together. I cried for several hours. It was an entire car load, and I'm sure that I will find more items of hers as time goes on, and they will all be hard to get rid of.

At 5:30pm I drove with her all the way to Gold Canyon, crying the whole way. I introduced her to her new family. They loved her right away. She went and hid behind the washing machine right away, but she didn't seem overly scared, and she did well around the dog they have. I only hope I made the right decision. I love Tiger so much, and we've had her for 5 years, well, almost 5 years. She will turn 5 years old on March 15th. I am sad that I will miss it.I just want her to be happy...and I felt like she wasn't as happy as she could be. Well, I think that I should end this entry...I'm starting to have second thoughts about it. Gonna cry some more. Love you Tiger! Miss you. Have a wonderful long life!

An Outing With the Pupperonis

I wish I would have taken more pictures while I was there, but today I took Jackson and Alex to Bark Ave. I got them these enormous dog biscuits.
And they gobbled them down!

I downloaded this pattern to make bandannas for Valentine's Day for my students.
