I have almost completely recovered from being sick! I was sick for Lacy's graduation, I attempted to stay for it, to watch her walk. But it was just pouring rain, and I had been sitting in it for 3 hours. Not conducive to being sick. I went to the after party though and took some goofy pictures. It was nice to have the people I care about in the same place.

I wish I would have stayed to see her walk. I never did the formal graduation thing (personally I think it's a waste of time and over rated) but I wanted to be there for her at least. She understands though.

The business has been good, I had 3 appts with Vicky over Memorial Day Weekend. And that was a pretty penny for me. :-) Today I signed Jackson up for Intermediate Training. But I don't know when we will start that. My car is in the shop, and I should find out today what is wrong with it and how much it will cost to fix. It'll be nice to have a car to drive, even if I have lost 10 lbs from riding my bike. I also have a nice tan from it.

I have an appt tonight with Vicky and Shiloh, and I'm going to focus on walking and training tonight. So unfortunately, Jackson will be left at home.

My grandmother on my dad's side is dying. She has full on severe dementia now, and they have called a hospice nurse to care for her until she passes. It's going to devastate my dad when she goes. I had the option to go to Minnesota next week to see her, but I'm turning it down. In all honesty, the last time I saw her was over 5 years ago, and she was fine. She remembered who I was, and was in good health. I don't want the last time I see her to be painful because she doesn't even know who I am. I just want to have a good memory of her. Maybe I'll go to her funeral, but it's doubtful. I just don't go to those things anymore.
