As of today our house is officially on the market! The realtor estimated the house would be sold in under 3 months! I'm very excited about it. The house is also the cleanest it has ever been...the dogs don't know quite what to think about it.
On the unfortunate side of things, I terminated my services with the Horse lady. She kinda went crazy and started screaming at me and cussing me out for no reason. So I told her that I wouldn't deal with it and told her to find a new pet sitter. I'll be taking a big loss money wise, but it's ok to not be treated badly.
Cross your fingers the house sells fast!
