Alex's Kiddie Pool

I've spent 2 weeks cleaning the house to get ready for a realtor to come in 3 days. It's looking fantastic, except for the backyard. I was cleaning the garage today and had the pups outside with me, so I set up the kiddie pool and Alex went CRAZY!

Crane Contest

I entered a contest online for an Omerica Organic giftcard. (Omerica Organic is the company that makes the organic wooden plugs that I wear) The contest was to take a picture of your plugs with a paper crane. Well I won, with this picture:
It has my Puppy Love plugs, and my limited edition Power Up Mario Mushrooms.

Max, The Cool Kid on the Block

Jackson has a new friend. Max is a 120lbs golden retriever student of mine. He doesn't have alot of friends, so I brought Jackson over to play. Max has a pool, so he's like the cool kid in town, so Jackson loves him!Jackson and Max wrestling around the pool.

Jackson's Physical

Today I took Jackson to the vet to see Dr. Oliver. He needed a health certificate filled out for the therapy dog people. He got a clean bill of health, and Dr. Oliver spent quite a bit of time talking to me about how much Jackson has improved behaviorally over the years and that he likes Jackson alot. He also thought Jackson was super stylish today in his booties and Doggles. Jackson loves Dr. Oliver!

Tomorrow Jackson takes his therapy dog test. I've been power socializing him all week! Today we went to Petco and he picked out this spider toy.

He's been doing so well and making me so proud. I'm so nervous about tomorrow though. I'm pretty sure that he wont pass, he's just not ready. But, I'll keep my chin up and stay confident for him. He's a good boy, and he can do anything!

Gauging My Ears

So now that I'm away from Petsmart I finally feel like I can be myself again. I used to have gauged ears, piercings all over, crazy colored hair, weird fashion sense and in your face makeup. Well, I decided to gauge my ears again. I am at my final size which is 00 (9.7mm). Today I got my new organic wooden plugs that are called Puppy Love. Naturally, I love them!

Fancy Summertime Icecubes

Today I made the dogs some special ice cubes to keep them cool during this heat wave we've been having.

They are:
Organic Cinnamon Applesauce
Organic chunky peanut butter
Carrot shreds
Water

Mocha is Pretty in Pink

Today I had a grooming appointment with the chocolate lab, Mocha. I just thought I'd show some pictures of her with her pretty pink nail polish!
