I can't believe it's already been a year...it seems like only yesterday she was a little baby in my arms! Now look at her! Such a big happy girl!
Raise your paws in the air, like you just don't care!!This is Pickle's best impression of her brother, Thor....pretty uncanny!

A year come and gone, and I am so thankful for the journey these puppies led me on. I feel like such a better person because of them. I've gained wonderful new family/friends because of the puppies. I will always cherish the time I had with them, watching them grow, holding them in my arms...even all the poop clean up. Happy Birthday you guys!

What a happy and well-adjusted puppy!
Today was her 1st birthday! So I got her some treats, the snake toy, and yes; that crazy clown collar thing!This is Sookie's "brother" TyceAnd their mom, Tiffany
Sookie was so happy to be out for a walkBut she likes to pull on her leash. So we did a brief walking lesson.Well, both she and Tyce needed a lesson.Here's the family practicing their newly learned walking skills.I had a blast...she's in such good hands with Tiffany and Ian...I look forward to spending more time with this family!!

Sam & Thor Attend a Dinner Date

Today, Derek and I invited Sam and Thor over for dinner. We made a turkey with mashed potatoes, corn, biscuits, and there was some wine for Derek and Sam.

Alex wasn't thrilled to have another dog in the house, so she spent the night in her room. Jackson however, loved Thor! And oh my, did he love Sam!!! The flirt!
Thor was so happy to be back in the backyard he remembered from so long ago.They wrestled so hard!Jackson was flirting with Sam ALL nightWhat a ham! He loves herThor is such a happy boy!
They were giving eachother kisses....Jackson practically raised Thor for several months.Derek loved wrestling with Thor, such a goof!

I love having such a good relationship with my foster puppies and their families!

Jenga

To make light all of the ills that have befallen me lately, a light-hearted entry.

Today Derek and I played Jenga, and achieved our highest ever tower: 36 blocks high!

We played it while watching 2 parts of a fascinating new series called, Human Planet. It was certainly a nice night.
